The hotel is very average now, very dated/worn furniture. If you’re looking for somewhat affordable getaway out of the city but don’t expect high quality. Even the restaurant used to have the best fish & chips & our experience was very disappointing. It defiantly won’t be my first choice for a getaway next time

The room was spotless and the staff were very nice to deal with. We have stayed here before and enjoyed it every time. The dining room has a great menu. We enjoyed 2 meals there that were excellent and there is also a Robin's next to the lobby for a quick coffee and donut option. It's very beautiful there, especially in the summer as it's located next to the lake.

The staff was extremely welcoming I instantly felt comfortable there was some hair on the towels and in the bathroom when we arrived but other wise the stay was amazing and would book again
