The room was very nice. Clean and newly updated. The bed was very comfortable with nice sheets and pillows. The blanket was very thin. We got a second blanket from the front desk. Check in process was very slow.

I was not told that if you have a dog with you then a double bed is your only option. Requested a queen, and after being on the road all day very disappointing to find out my husband and I have to share. double bed. We came off the road for comfort. Never Again. Policy should be clear.

Bathrooms are covered in mold. Stay AWAY!!! Beware

Absolutely disgusting. Do not book here. The bathroom shower is covered in mold. I asked to be located to a different room because I have a severe mold allergy. The next room had a bathroom that was also just as mold covered. In addition, they rebooked me into a smoking room. I have asthma and cannot be in a smoking room. We walked out and had to book a different hotel. I should have known immediately that this was going to be a bad option when I saw weekly rates were available and sheets were only changed on Mondays. I have photos of the mold. I am waiting to hear back from them today to see if I can get a refund. Hotels.com should pull this place immediately from their site. It is a severe health hazard.
