One night only

Location of hotel is very good. Located right off highway, this hotel is near a Walmart, Waffle House and plenty of gas stations and other food choices. The front desk and breakfast attendant were very nice. The room/hotel is outdated. It could have been cleaner. The rug in our room definitely had not been vacuumed. We were just passing through for the night, so we didn’t care about the lack of updates, but would not recommend if staying more than one night.

Awful, not worth the low price

The hotel over all was very dirty, the ac didnt work, the pool was broke, the breakfast food made my kids sick. Overall a terrible experience. We will never stay there again.

Stayed here for one night with my wife and daughter on the way to Washington DC just to sleep over. Front desk lady was nice, but the property is *terrible.* I was in room 420… Right. Literally, the room number was written with a Sharpie on the wall outside of the door. The entire floor reeked of weed. Which is fine, except for I was on a no smoking hall, and the smell of weed makes my wife feel nauseous. The bathroom only had a sliding door which had no handle on it. There were dozens of dirty fingerprints all over it where people have tried to open and close it. The pillows were square…? And small. Didn’t sleep at all. The lights were out in the stairwells, making them dark. Material was also peeling off of the walls in the stairwell, and it looked as if there were black mold growing under it. We couldn’t wait to get out of there. Checked in at 11 PM and we’re out by 9. I travel a lot and this is by far the worst property I’ve been in in a very, very long time. I don’t even remember the last time I wrote a review. But I wanted to make sure this one was recorded. Looking for a post apocalyptic walking dead vibe, then you’ll enjoy. Otherwise, go somewhere else.

The hotel had no cable service so no TVs. What? They misled us at checkin with a sign saying there "may" be some trouble with cable. There was no may about it. They should have been upfront and given us the chance to find another hotel.

Me and my family have always stayed here whenever we come down for a visit however, this time was different. The staff were very nice and helpful so I appreciate that. Some of the other guest were presenting some behaviors similar to “tweaking” and it made me extremely uncomfortable seeing as though I traveled with young children

I had paperwork for my service dog who was in training, was not given paperwork to fill out and charged, there was a 200.00 hold on my room for damages the MIGHT occur. Those types of things shouldn’t be hidden in the contract when you sign it I asked for a copy of the contract and was denied. I also asked for a receipt several times and that was denied. When I had a question about my bill, Tonya, who is an associate wagged her finger in my face aggressively. Then, when I tried to resolve the situation with the general manager, Julie, she was not accommodating whatsoever instead of de-escalating. She proceeded to try to escalate the situation and not handle it in a professional manner the outside of the grounds where you are supposed to let the dog relieve itself were littered with trash and human food, which is not suitable for a dog. The floor in my room was also not mopped. Julie continues to make false allegations about the dog, denied the refund. When I asked how long it would take for the $200 to go back into my account I was told by another associate “ I don’t know, call your bank” Clearly, there’s poor leadership at this establishment and it shows it has trickle down from the top all the way to the employees. I do a lot of traveling and I will never stay in a Hilton again. I canceled my stay and I decided to go to Frederick which is a large city with lots of hotels to choose from. This establishment put a $25 hold on my card.

My room was dirty ,the floor had spots and stains in the carpet. Light switches were not in the wall correctly. Had no cable television. Pool was out if order and the vending machine on my floor. The drink machine on the first floor only took cash . It took my money and did not givr me my drink. The person the room next to me had a dog and it barked all night. My mattress had a dent innit like someone had slept there for an extended period of time. Food on the wall by the sink. The breakfast in the morning was very slim pickings. No cream cheese for a bagel.
