I had to leave a day early and advised them of this when I checked in. They said it was too late to cancel so I assumed I had the rooms (2 rooms) for the full three days. On day 2, fifteen minutes after check out time, the front desk demanded that I leave, even though I had paid for the third day. After some back and forth I received an hour extension. I paid for the third day and they said that was my "cancellation fee". The received full payment for two rooms (day 3) that were never used by me. I felt they could have been a little flexible. Behavior like this can really ruin ones vacation.
