Only bad thing was that their breakfast cereal container had two ants fall out when I used it. The breakfast worker and the concierge talked about doing something about it right in front of me(cleaning it, etc) but then did nothing about it and left it there for the rest of breakfast service which is kind of gross. Everyone was super nice tho and the rest of the breakfast was great it was just the frootloops. Can’t stop ants from coming, but definitely please take it away from breakfast service immediately next time.

Cut the grass it is tick season and you are dog friendly Also as a bath person to stand up for shampoo and conditioner is not relaxing at all Aside it was a good stay

I have stayed at this hotel over a few decades and sad how it is being run into the ground, nice bath tub but shower lever glued open so a bath is no longer possible. Nice big TV but didn’t work.

The Property looks clean but the carpet in the room is pretty dusty. I got severe allergy from that during and after my stay. Break fast is good as they provide hot breakfast and a waffle maker.

Unfortunately when I arrived my reservation was wrong (1 bed instead of 2 beds which I had booked) so the staff had to find another room for me. The staff were helpful and able to find a room for me right away. The room in general was good. The beds were comfortable and had comfortable, quality linens. The bathroom had a few problems, including a small permanent stain on the toilet seat which I'm sure was disinfected by the cleaning staff, but was unpleasant to look at. The sink did not drain properly and it would take about 5 minutes for a small amount of water to drain, which is really unpleasant when you are brushing teeth. The toilet had a plumbing problem in the middle of the night, where the chain/flap valve didn't sit properly and the toilet wouldn't stop running. Luckily I know how to fix this and was able to fix it myself, but it was not pleasant to do so. Lastly, I found 1 towel had stains on it. Again, I'm sure it was cleaned properly but should be taken out of circulation. It would be nice if the hotel updated their 'plug' situation so that we could charge our phones and ipad from the base of the light fixtures, as is common in hotels. We had to pull the bed-side table out so that our charger could fit into the wall, and we had to take turns because there was only 1 plug available in the wall.
