Relax in the stand-up tiled shower, sleep soundly on the new bed, and enjoy fresh towels and linens. The kitchen is equipped with a flat cooktop, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and all the essentials for simple meals.



Take in great views from the private balcony, and explore the island with 2 complimentary beach bikes. Just steps to the beach and walking distance to Hilton Head’s best restaurants, shops, and entertainment!





Seaside is a gated-oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, but just far enough that the beach is not overcrowded. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and Lowcountry Celebration Park.





Property offers: Pool, Beach showers, Sundeck and BBQ/Picnic area onsite. Gated Beach access in the middle of the property.





As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!





Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Inside unit had been updated. Outside unit parking lot poorly maintained. Elevator had rotten floor. Trip hazard on lower level particularly at entrance to elevator. Lowest level could stand a thorough paint lower

Cozy Get Away!

We have stayed at the condo’s several times, but I believe we have loved this condo more than any of the other ones! Loved having my coffee on the balcony looking at the beautiful view, even saw a few dolphins swim by! We don’t cook dinners and usually have sandwiches for lunch. We do eat breakfast in, might be a good idea to provide a small toaster oven since no oven.

My husband and I visited Hilton Head for the first time even though we are life long SC residents. This villa was exactly as described and very clean. Communication was great with the owner. A huge plus is that beach chairs and bikes are included! We look forward to visiting again next year.

Hilton Head Beachfront Vacation

Property was as advertised. Great spot for 2, comfortable with quick access to a lot of Hilton Head amenities. My partner and I stayed there for a week and it was very enjoyable. Great having beach chairs and umbrella for use. Communication with host was immediate and check in was a breeze. Would recommend to anyone looking for a getaway spot in Hilton Head that is close to the beach and restaurants.

Property interior / exterior was as described / pictured. Used, but adequate bikes allowed us 20 + miles of touring from Sea Side Villas to Shelter Cove Marina, to Palmetto Bay Marina to Harbor Town Marina and Coast oceanside bar at Sea Pine Resort. (Not all the same day). Good location for the average HHI cost conscious tourist. Tiki Hut ocean front bar with live music daily, and Coligny shopping / eats / apparel / Piggly Wiggly close by. Unit clean and updated overall. Couple of cautions...bed very firm, and bedroom stays slightly warmer than family room. We purchased a fan on second day to push the cooler air to the bed area. No oven, not a problem for us. “Ocean view” balcony was just that. Gives you a view of the ocean, and entices you to get out to the beach. Don’t go with expectation of oceanfront private balcony. We did spend time on the balcony, and would have more, had the temps been lower. I searched several properties. Found this to be a good value for our 4 night stay of 2 people. Would consider staying here again. Host was accommodating.

Location is perfect

My husband and I stayed in this condo for a few days of relaxation. It is tiny but it has everything you need and the location is spectacular. We were on the beach every morning and evening. You can walk or ride the bikes that come with the condo to shops and restaurants. It was very comfortable.
