The staff at the hotel was amazing! And the hotel is definitely in a good location. What really impressed me was the "Hospitality Room," where after I checked out at 11am and roamed the city until 5pm, the hotel gave me the opportunity to use a room to take a shower before the airport shuttle picked me up at 6:30pm. It was greatly appreciated!

Originally booked with Royal Grove. Pictures on Expedia made it look like a cute, boutique hotel. It absolutely was NOT. Booked with Outrigger instead and it saved our vacation! Beautiful, newly renovated hotel that was near everything and the beach. The staff was a gem to work with! Cannot recommend this place enough!

While the staff did their best there were several issues with our room. The bathroom door handle was not secured and fell off nearly hurting my wife’s foot. It would not stay attached to the door’s locking mechanism. Lack of hot water for the shower was a nuisance and a pungent odor emanating from the wall was the last straw.

Resort fee of 40 dollars a day for... A pool? A small gym? No breakfast. No parking included, but available for 50 extra dollars a night. Paid extra for a beach facing room, and got placed on the second floor where we couldn't see anything. The bathroom seemed like an afterthought, where the door didn't open all the way. The elevators were shoddy at best. The only thing I highly liked about this place was the quality of room service and friendliness of the housekeepers. I 100% would not stay here again
