Disappointing Mothers Day Stay

I booked the executive suite expecting it to have two rooms. When I arrived we were told we would receive the executive suite with one bedroom and sofa bed. The kicker is the room with one bedroom is the same price as if you have two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. I have booked this same room multiple times through hotels.com and never had it happen before. If the suite was lower price due to it not being the same size as the other executive suites it would have made total sense. I doubt I will ever stay there again but who cares business will go one without us.

The hotel is pretty nice, right next to a shopping center with plenty of restaurants to choose from. However, we didn’t get the room we made a reservation for (king size bed) and didn’t find out until we went into the room that it had 2 queen beds. (It was an “upgrade” to a suite, but we had no need for an extra room and would have preferred what we booked.) Beware of the shower, it’s scalding hot and can’t be turned to normal temperature. And there was no house keeping the full 2 days we stayed.
