Total package from Expedia was good expect return transportation from hotel to ferry, and ferry to pier. We paid out of pocket which was paid for already in package. Disappointed no one is helping with refund! Expedia or transportation company!

Staff is always fabulous here. Room was great, view is awesome and the staff and food are consistently awesome. Hugo served us multiple times for food and cocktail and his service is always with a smile. We've stayed here numerous times and it always meets our expectations and then some!
