The hotel is located on Playa Norte and the beach section is exactly what was expected. The staff was inviting and very professional. In general the hotel is relaxing and quaint. Our room was a standard that became available last minute on Expedia. The room was spacious and had the basic amenities. The TV was tiny and out dated, but not a deal breaker. I would stay here again but get the upgraded beachfront room. Also, the strip is walking distance. Definitely recommend this hotel for relaxing and to recharge.

Our room turned out to be an entire suite with a balcony that looked right out to the beach. Sunsets were straight ahead and didn't disappoint! The hotel itself was pristine and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. One of the most relaxing vacations we've ever had. Beautiful beach as well!

Beautiful beachfront hotel! We spent one night on Isla Mujeres, and I had a great time with my family. We ordered food right on the beach to watch the sunset, and it was delicious. Chepo took our order, and he was very friendly and helpful
