Suloinen Grand Pavilion House / w täysi pääsy uima-altaalle

Suloinen 4 makuuhuoneen, 4 kylpy Grand Pavilion kotiin. Se on vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä tämän “poissa kotoa” -ovesta veden äärelle. Älä unohda, että tämä talo tarjoaa täyden pääsyn Grand Pavilion -alueelle, joka on Wild Dunes Resortin todellinen ”sydän ja sielu”. Tämä sisältää Grand Ocean Pavilionin 2 merenranta-allasta.
Tässä suloisessa kodissa on avoin pohjaratkaisu, jossa puulattiat, graniittitasot, ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet ja paljon ruokia / keittiövälineitä. Ruokapöydässä on pöytä 8 ja 2 tiskituolille - puhumattakaan useista erilaisista ruokailumahdollisuuksista sekä turvatarkastuskuistilla että suurella ulkoterassilla. On suuri TV takan päällä, TV jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa ja nopea wifi-yhteys. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on olohuoneen, ruokailun ja keittiön lisäksi myös makuuhuone ja siihen liitetty kylpyamme (vain siinä tapauksessa, että sinulla on joku, jota paremmin palvelisi alakerran makuuhuone) Suuremmalle ryhmälle, joka tarvitsee ylimääräisen makuutilan , oleskelutilassa on vedä kuningatar vuodesohva.

Kaikki tyynyt ovat täytettyjä ollakseen erittäin mukavia. Tarjoamme myös runsaasti kylpypyyhkeitä, mutta pyydä, että tuoda omat rantapyyhkeet (anteeksi! Nämä ovat ainoita asioita, joilla on taipumus "kävellä pois"!)
Vieraiden dyynien aidatussa yhteisössä pysyminen tarjoaa loistavan rentoutumisen kaiken ikäisille perheille. Wonderful visit. Close to the beach & pool. The only thing that we didn't realize was the number of stairs in get in/out of the house. This was difficult for older members of our group to navigate. Overall, a wonderful stay.

Property is in an excellent location. Loved having a grill and all the space under the house for beach equipment. The kitchen was well stocked and the living space was a nice size. Master bed was very comfortable. I gave the property 4 stars because the living room rug and sofas had stains all over them, as well as the carpet upstairs. The cushions on the back porch need to be completely replaced - they are covered with what appeared to be mold or black soot. They were gross. Many of the air vents looked like they needed to be cleaned - the one in the master closet looked to be coated in mold. If this property was cleaned really well I'd consider staying here again.

Perfect location

The location at Isle of Palm and steps to the beach were perfect. The house is beautiful and very clean. The issues we had were with lack of communication with the property manager, the house although clean was extremely musty and we had to buy all the house necessities. Very minimal was provided as in one roll of toilet paper per bathroom for 6 day rental and absolutely no condiments etc. Everything had to bought for the home. Overall however we loved the layout of the home and location.

Beach Trip

We love staying at Wild Dunes and this house! The location and size of the house is perfect. We loved the screened in porch the most. It was also nice having a garage and space under the house to leave bikes, sand toys and coolers. There was some spots in the coaches and outside furniture and the dryer took a few cycles to run, but overall the house was nice. We would definitely stay again.

Prototype Grad!

Beautiful house in an amazing development. Even the not-so-great weather did not affect the stay. Family met together for Navy graduation and unanimously decided this was a great choice. Every family unit had their own bed/bath, plenty of room for meals and family time. A short walk to the beach, restaurants, and a playground. We would choose this again!!

Property was very family friendly. Very homey. Did not feel like we were in a show case. Nicely decorated. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Location was ideal. I would book the property again.

Property was really great- short walk to the beach, fantastic resort access, nice house with a great floor plan. Beth was helpful and responsive. We had a great stay with family to visit our Citadel cadet.

Great location, subpar property for the price

If you or anyone in your party had allergies don’t stay here. The mold in the house bothered us the entire stay. The musty smell was tough to manage. The smell is on the main floor. The property manager brought over damp raid but the problem is either in the walls or in the ac unit itself. Cleaning was poorly done but the manager promptly fixed that and issued a refund for the clean. Hot water in the master doesn’t get hot because the valve is installed incorrectly. Manager sent a handyman to repair and they didn’t fix it so the shower in the master was not useable. Normally properties of this price range supply basic supplies like toilet paper or trash bags but not this property. The unit claims to be a “luxury boutique rental” but not a ton of luxury present. Location is outstanding! Close to the beach. If that’s what you care about this is the place for you!

Perfect

It was wonderful. Easy check in, was exactly as presented. It was perfect for both daughters and their families. Plenty of room to spread out. Loved the bunk room for the kids. Each got thier own bed and being upstairs the youngest was able to sleep while the rest of us played games. Kitchen was big enough for several people at one time. Very well equiped and the grill was an added bonus. Initially concerned about distance to beach. Turned out it was right across from the adult pool and the board walk. Only a short walk to the pools and beach. Can’t say enough about how great it was. Can’t wait to come back next year.

Great Location

I am happy to say this house was nicely decorated, well stocked and very conveniently located with a short walk to the beach, restaurants & pools. I am sad to say the house has a strong musty smell and the housekeeping attention to detail is lacking (ex: lots of crumbs on kitchen trash can lid, tattered & stained kitchen towels, bed skirts torn but pinned & disheveled, dirty plunger stand-holder in Master bath, splattered pantry & cabinet doors in kitchen, various carpet stains, & dirty (white) handrail baluster.) We also did not appreciate having to strip the bed and wash all the sheets & towels before check out time at 10am. A chore we have always expected the cost of the rental to cover with house cleaning fee. These details did not seem up to par with all the other Wild Dunes properties we have stayed at through the past 20 years.

Perfect weekend getaway

We take our entire family to Wild Dunes every year for Valentines day. My wife and I, our two daughters, their husbands and kids. Total of eleven people. Six adults, five kids ages 6,6,5,4 & 6 months. Always stay on property and Beth is the best! Already getting ready to book for next year.

Great location

Other than the weather not cooperating it was a great stay. The only thing that I could suggest is putting different flooring in the bedrooms other than carpet. I definitely would stay here again.

Great house for our annual family beach vacation!

The house was perfect for us. Large living area open to the kitchen. East facing screened porch and deck with newer gas grill. Very close to the boardwalk and pools. We will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Family Vacation!

This property exceeded our expectations. The house is beautiful with a open floor plan and lots of outdoor space for gathering. We loved having dinner on the deck and coffee on the screened in porch. Having a grill was great for our large family. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The bedrooms were comfortable, and each room having its own bathroom was terrific. The location at Wild Dunes is convenient - close to the adult pool at the Boardwalk Inn and a short walk to the beach. The house was clean and easy to access. Communication with property owners/managers was effective and efficient. We look forward to returning to 41 Grand Pavilion!!

We love Wild Dunes!!!!!

We had a wonderful time at Wild Dunes. The house was in a perfect location! We have already booked another home for next year. The only reason we did not book this house is because we need two king sized beds for our stay next year. One thing to check on is the freezer. There was ice in the bottom that could eventually cause a problem. I sent a text to maintenance during our stay to make them aware of it. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home!
