Excellent Hotel in an excellent location with an excellent staff. They go BEYOND expectations to make sure you have everything you need. I would rate this hotel and its staff as a 10. If I ever visit Istanbul again, I will be staying at this property.

The staff were very helpful and polite. The breakfast was excellent with many choices and good quality food. The location of the hotel is great (Sirkeci is a very busy neighbourhood though) as the hotel is in walking distance to many touristic attractions. The swimming pool is very small but we were happy with the steam room, Turkish bath, and sauna. Overall, I recommend the hotel if you want to stay in the European side of Istanbul.

We loved the friendliness of the staff, the quality of breakfast, the space in our room, huge bath, balcony and bed, plus amazing housekeepers. Located in the heart of all the sites, so walking was easy, however tram stop 1 minute away. Plus the pool, spa, steam room and massage. We will return to Romance Hotel.

We enjoyed the room for the most part Fridge was very small and it was full of only items you could buy no space for anything else . Staff for the most part was good, there’s was a slight conflict with breakfast (which the tradition Turkish breakfast everything is cold or room temp) and charges on my account but we came to a common conclusion. There is no ice machine you have to ask which is fine. It was clean, spacious, Overall i would give it a solid 4 , The area is surrounded by so many restaurants that u can always eat good and outside !

Wonderful accommodations in a great location. The only challenge we had was the taxi driver didn’t know where to drop us off. Even though the hotel is in a great location, the street in front of the hotel is used only for the tram line.

We arrived late in the evening and received a warm welcome. The room clean and perfect for having a restful sleep. In the morning, we had a wonderful walk to the Blue Mosque and surrounding historical sites. The hotel is centrally located and short walk to the Egyptian Bazaar. The hotel is located walking distance to all the old city attractions such as Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sofia and Basilica Cistern. It’s also on the tram line if you need to go farther. Large comfortable room with a King bed. Shower had very strong water pressure! Excellent buffet breakfast! Very friendly staff.
