The personnel at the front desk is very friendly and helpful in arranging taxi transpota, giving directions for dinning , shopping , many other. I’ve stayed at the Yisam 3 times before & my experience has been acceptable. The only negative aspects I’ve encountered is that the bathrooms are very small. A small improvement can make it the best hotel.

The blanket size should be big enough to cover the body of an adult properly. The tooth brush provided should be of better quality - with softer bristles. Apart from these small things, really no complaints. Stuffs are super friendly, helpful ans welcoming. Overall a great stay experience.

Firstly the plus points … staff were very nice and helpful with advice, breakfast was lovely with a nice outside space to eat and if you can get up early which I recommend a great viewing spot for watching the Ballons at 5am. The hotel is great to access the centre as well as being able to walk to some of the valleys and the open air museum … Some of the not so good .. the room was a little small and shower not great and only 1 plug socket in the room (apart from another one on the bathroom) which had to be used for everything including boiling the kettle which had to be placed on the floor to be able to do this… we still had an amazing time and loved cappadocia..
