O atendimento no check-in foi rápido. Solicitei um berço com antecedência e fui prontamente atendido. Como chegamos à noite e estava chovendo muito, decidimos jantar no restaurante do hotel. As opções eram poucas, mas fomos bem atendidos. O café da manhã é bom, com frutas, frios, bolos e sucos. A diária do estacionamento é R$ 25,00. Acredito que o hotel oferece um ótimo custo-benefício.

Razoável. A acústica do hotel não veda o suficiente, então é possível escutar pessoas andando pelo corredor e conversando durante a noite. O café da manhã é visualmente atrativo, mas nada demais. O estacionamento é estreito, mas caso vá de carro planeje-se para utiliza-lo mesmo assim, porque a via em frente ao hotel é de trânsito rápido e não tem vagas públicas.

Ficamos hospedados para fazer uma cirurgia no hospital ao lado não conseguimos dormir devido a barulhos de hóspedes correndo e gritando até 1 da manhã,quando pedimos para trocar e o quarto que mudamos fedia a mofo e café da manhã franco na terra dos cafés
