This is a good place, the hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming, my room was on the second floor and it was not very convenient for me because I had luggage, I do not know if there is a function to choose the floor, if yes then it was my mistake. If I have to stay in this city, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

The property could use some more space and cleanup. I the staffing are not too polite I had requested my room to be cleaned and it was never cleaned I had to cke led out one night earlier cause of the cleaning

An older motel with some need for updating. Rooms are clean and fairly well appointed. Very accessible to restaurants and shopping with their own restaurant.

Old, run down place in need of renovation. Dirty carpet, tv screen was dirty. They forgot to clean my room, I was told they clean rooms every other day but must have forgotten mine. I had a non smoking room but I could smell that at one time it had been a smoking room. Good location. The continental breakfast is a joke!, don't even bother. The curtains were too small for the front window so you could not get privacy and it let light in all night - weird place. I would never stay here with a lady.

Clean and convenient, this property is our go-to when we visit Ithaca. It is affordable. The staff is always friendly and professional. There is a lot of convenient shopping just across the street. I highly recommend.

Dropping my kid off at college for the first time, and the staff knew and were so kind about it. I love how affordable the place is, and I hope they don't ever update things so that it can remain affordable! We plan on staying again!

Property exceeded expectations in all ways. Room was spacious and clean. Plenty of towels. Strong hot shower. Firm bed. Ample fridge, microwave, and a coffee pot that brews more than one cup!!! The staff was exceptionally friendly from Joel at the front desk to the cleaning staff. Would gladly stay here when visiting son at college. Close to all your big box stores too for stocking your student up. A bit dated but so am I. Good value.

Kind of grungy, but if you need a place at a busy time like Cornell move-in or Parents' Weekend or graduation, and the few available hotel rooms around town are triple the usual price, it might be good enough.
