Room was spacious for a triple room, room was made up everyday with new sheets and towels even though we asked for it not to be. Air con unexpectedly turned off in middle of night which made it stuffy and we had to open the window. Bathroom needed more clothes hooks. Mirror lighting was terrible for applying make up. Took a while to find the water dispenser out in the corridor, it was not in a very visible place nor was it identified. Location was great, very close to airport but didi not hear any traffic. Lots of places to eat nearby. Shuttle bus to airport was good but would have been better if there was a shuttle from the airport too.

We were given advice to stay in Jeju-si which would allow us to day drip to various parts of the island. The Lotte Hotel was well placed in town and all staff from all areas of the hotel were welcoming and helpful. The hotel is close to the airport and the free shuttle service to the airport was helpful.

The hotel is a good standard hotel. Staffs were polite . Easy to join day tour as pickup spots next door to hotel. But , area don’t have lots of shops like other parts of Jeju . Public transport not very convenient. Near to airport n free shuttle service .

The hotel is beautiful with a great location close to the airport. It’s a good value for the price—clean and comfortable. I was upgraded to a room with the best view, which was a nice touch.
