The hotel is next to the highway which could be noisy depending on your room is. The walk to the bus stop is 10 minute away on foot and there are a couple of different buses that go to port authority.

Overall good experience. Easy check-in, clean, quiet. Area around not the nicest, but it is in a convenient location. Staff were easy enough, however I was not a fan of their gossiping about other employees and swearing in front of guests. That was somewhat offputting. I'd still give a 4/5, would go back again.

No washroom exhaust in throughout the building. Front staff is rude and not helpful. We experienced no wifi for 2 days. The kitchen staff and morning time room service staff was cooperative. Not recommended for the family stay. For the first night we have to buy toilet rolls, facials tissue box and air freshener etc. from Target as the front desk was helpless in this regard.

Food and beds were good. Did not receive discount at Red Robin. Apparently need to order a full meal not 6 different appetizers. Were not advised by the waiter.. Asked for three rooms at least on the same floor. Not even close. One on the 1st floor, one on the 4th and one in a different building. We were in for a funeral and needed to be together.
