Good for sleeping. Not much more then that. Room clean and location very convenient for NewYorkCity. Über was $60someting and no way can you park in the city all day for $120 incl tolls. Beside that hotel is pretty old and it shows. But for $110/night its a great deal. Free parking and a better then basic breakfast. Waffles sausage eggs cereal bread. Id stay here again if in the area.

My stay was okay. A few things that I did not like was being on the first floor and loud kids running up and down the hallway. Also, someone else's key was able to open our room somehow so we had to get the keys reset. Last but not least I did not like the fact that there was limited seating in the dining area. I had to stand up outside of the area.
