Great property, unfortunately, breakfast ends earlier during the week so we were unable to grab breakfast (reason we chose this hotel, we like hotels with breakfast). Other than that, lots of stores around and restaurants to eat at.

Hotel was good for a short stay, no safe in the room and the bed is a little hard. Parking was often full so have to plan accordingly to get there early enough to park. Don’t expect much from the breakfast, we did find a hair in the eggs on one of the days.

The location was noisy with traffic; our room was in some older part of the bldg with its own elevator. Staff were excellent and the room was spotless. Had to leave before breakfast.

I recently stayed at La Quinta Inn & Suites and was disappointed with the level of customer service I received upon check-in. I had completed the online check-in process prior to my arrival and entered all required information in advance, expecting a smooth and efficient experience. However, when I arrived at the front desk, the representative repeated the entire check-in process in a dismissive and rude tone. When I politely asked why I needed to repeat the steps despite having already checked in online, the front desk employee responded with attitude and stated that the system does not process check-ins—a response that lacked professionalism and courtesy. Customer service is a key part of any hospitality experience, and unfortunately, this interaction left a negative impression. I hope management will take steps to address staff training to ensure a more welcoming and respectful environment for future guests

The rooms were decent and clean, but that’s about the only positive. Front desk customer service was extremely poor—definitely in need of serious training. On top of that, dogs in the neighboring room barked nonstop throughout the night, making it impossible to sleep. Overall, I do not recommend staying here.
