After comping us the wrong room for a night , with the lack of communication between the front desk and security, they removed my 79 year old mother and caused a medical episode, they gave me an oops sorry like it was no big deal, yes we had a reservation!!! So if your travelng with your elderly parents dont leave them alone there.

Room was overall very nice as was staff. The room tablet used to look into hotel information and order food was incredibly slow. Water pressure was weak, room air was very dry, and temperature gauge was inconsistent.
