Close to the airport, free shuttle service, great amenities, location, wide rooms, etc. Front desk staff was kind and accommodating. I know that’s part of their job but showing kindness to another human being is a luxury these days. I will still choose this hotel for my next Japan trip. 😁

Just did one night stay here between flights, but would stay again if in the Narita area. Close to the train station that was only 2 stops direct from the airport. Clean hotel, many comfort amenities to make stay easy, ice machine for our water bottles, always a bonus. Mini fridge in room and microwave on our floor as needed. Was easy to walk around the city to explore before our flight while they held our bags for us. Everything nice and convenient and would stay again.

Enjoyed my 2 nights stay at the hotel. A few things to know: The last shuttle service was at 10:20 am, which was disappointing. Also, there was a charge of 100 Yen for an hour late checkout. No complimentary water bottles, tea or coffee in the room.

A bit of a walk to the train station but still a nice property nonetheless. Clean surroundings, cheaper laundry, and a timely airport shuttle. Quiet rooms and spacious bathroom as well.

The hotel says a free shuttle service to airport. But when we request, we were told the shuttle is full. We had to take training with two large suitcases. If you cannot promise the service, it is better to completely take it out from their booking page. Otherwise, it is misleading.

Very good hotel, big room clean amenities and friendly and helpful staff. They not only provide teeth brush and toothpaste but also prepare one for the gift to the kid. This is just an example, there are many other details. I barely give comments on Expedia but this one is very good I recommend everyone to check it

Wonderful hotel, conveniently located within walking distance of a 7-Eleven and Narita's main attractions, including a 5-8 minute walk to Narita's Metro and Bus Station. The hotel was very accommodating, comfortably fitting a family of five in one room. Numerous dining options are nearby, in addition to the restaurant in the lobby. Highly recommend this hotel for its great location and amenities.

Well located near two train stations, lots of shuttle buses and near to the airport. Good shopping and restaurants as well as the wonderful temple Narita San all in walking distance. Staff is great. Check in easy.

Great location for a Narita airport layover. 1 stop train ride and an easy walk to the hotel. Carpets in the room are dated but bedding and towels are very clean. The room actually had extra pillows which was a first in comparison to the other hotels in Japan in this price range. The staff are excellent.

The room was clean and good. They don’t allow you have friends over at the room which was inconvenient for us. Me and my friend C were staying the night here since our plane was the next day but our friend G who was leaving the night before us was still with us and when we checked in we wanted to relax for a bit before taking our friend G to the airport but they didn’t let her go to the room with us so instead we had to drop off our stuff and get ready super quick while she waited for us downstairs. We tried telling them she wasn’t spending the night or anything but they still didn’t allow her to go up. She just wanted to relax and charge her phone for a while. I understand not letting non-guest spend the night but as a group of females it would’ve been nice if they let her go up instead of leaving her in the lobby. Luckily at least one of the staff offered to charge her phone since there was no outlets for guest in the lobby.

Richmond hotel is a great hotel because close to local market, Keisei Line Narita Station and Downtown Narita. I’m really like the mask and face wash that provides. Great stay place if you uses Narita Airport for travel and need stay over night!
