Wow just wow

Ice machines broken key to room stopped working and maid let us in our room someone from off the street was at breakfast ate a lot of food and took all the orange juice. Asked for more cause our 7 year old wanted some and was told there was no more what hotel don’t have enough juice for people that are there. Toilet seemed to have a hard time flushing every time it was used. For 150 a night the o lay thing worth it was the bed

Great choice close to Florida Mall and Airport

Check in was a breeze. The man at the front desk was very professional, friendly, and just plain good at his job. The hotel looked (and smelled) nice. The beds were very comfortable. The room was spacious and had a mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, safe, and TV. Our room had a sofa bed so there was a nice sitting area with a coffee table.

The front staff was great. The breakfast choices were good. The room was accommodating and big with refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine. The beds were good but the pull out sofa was stained ,old, dirty and just all around disgusting.

We just needed a place to crash for one night before an early airport travel day. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable and our shower kit was cracked and in need of replacing. Not the worst place we’ve stayed but I expected a little more for the price we paid.
