The places stunk of cigarette smoke in the halls however it did not smell in the rooms. I’m unsure if they were just doing renovations or they typically have the wires exposed in the couplings in the hallway. The room was clean. The tub has some staining but otherwise I felt safe in it.

Terrible Experience – Nothing Worked Properly I don’t even know where to start. First, we arrived at the hotel around 8:10 PM. When we got there, there was no one at the front desk. After waiting for a while, we finally noticed a small note on the counter saying, “Will be back in 10–15 minutes.” We waited, but no one showed up, so I had to call the phone number written on the note. After some time, someone finally came, and we were able to check in. When we went up to our room and closed the door, the door lock immediately broke off and fell apart. I called the front desk right away and made it clear that it wasn’t my fault and that I shouldn’t be charged for it. The hotel itself was extremely dirty, noisy, and smelled awful — it was honestly one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. Later that evening, I tried to take a shower, but no hot water came out even after running it for five minutes. Only after a long wait did a small trickle of warm water start coming out. I’ve never experienced anything like this in a hotel before. The next morning, I tried to use the hair dryer, but it didn’t even work. Nothing in this hotel seems to function properly. The mattress was rock hard, like sleeping on a stone. Overall, this was a horrible experience from start to finish. I’ll definitely be leaving this review to warn other trav

Cockroaches in the room along with bedbug discovered crawling on the pillow, staff was aware of the issue yet treated us rudely for requesting a new room. New room also had roaches at which point we demanded a refund since no clean accommodations were available. Horrible experience.
