Our stay was ok. The beds nor the pillows were very comfy & the sofa in our room was sunken in on one side. We weren't aware of the parking fee nor the $100 "incidental fee" in advance. Wouldn't have had a problem with either but feel it should be known beforehand AND why are some people charged $100 "incidental fee" & others are charged $50? We we charged $100 but while standing in line waiting to check out, the couple in front of me checking in were only charged $50. Because we were on a time schedule, I didn't get into the rationale of it with the Front Desk Attendant but just thought that I'd add that. We did enjoy the "Happy Hour" with complimentary drinks & snacks each night we were there tho!

Cockroach on the wall going into the indoor pool . Snacks was popcorn and pretzels,REALLY PATHETIC. The outside of hotel is filthy ..Rooms smelled musty! Rooms are out dated .Someone from hotel was supposed to call me ,but never did … Going forward DRURY HOTEL WILL GET ALL MY BUSINESS IN YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD..

My room wasn’t completely clean, I had dirty glasses, when I asked for new ones they gave me another set of dirty glasses. I asked for housekeeping to come clean my room and they never did. My sheets had stains. My toilet didn’t work and when I asked for someone to come fix it they didn’t. You guys have 3 elevators and only one worked

Our stay was nice. We did find a problem with how old our TV was in the room. A 16 year old tv is not a smart tv. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. We had our grandchildren with us and we had fun swimming. The breakfast was delicious! Made to order omelets, yum! Our room had a pull out sofa bed-that mattress should be updated!

From the entrance and throughout the facility the cleanliness of the facility shows a worn out place lacking in just daily cleaning. The room furnishings are leftover from the 1980’s but the real issue is plain old dirt and funk. Carpet everywhere is stained but especially in the room we had. Tub drain ran slow and left a ring of soap scum on tub. Foul smell came from drain. Mattresses were terrible uncomfortable. Staff were great—especially the Airport Shuttle folks. This place needs to be gutted and brought into this century. I was very surprised to see such a big named hotel chain with such a property.
