This hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Michael who is a doorman gave us some wonderful advice on where to go. The view of the harbour from our room was breathtaking. The MRT station is two minutes away and we actually got the train to the airport when we were leaving because it was so easy, cheap and efficient. I’d definitely recommend you stay here if visiting Kowloon.

We had a wonderful 7-day stay at this hotel. The room was clean and well-equipped with all the amenities needed for international travel. I especially appreciated the hotel’s mobile app, which made it easy to order room service and request items such as a side-sleeper pillow and extra towels. The in-house rewards points system for spending within the hotel was also a nice perk. Our Victoria Harbour view was absolutely stunning and made the stay even more memorable. We really enjoyed having breakfast on the second level and ended up dining there several times during our stay. The breakfast selection was excellent with a wide variety of options. In comparison, we found the breakfast offerings stronger than the dinner selections. One service detail that stood out occurred during the breakfast buffet: we were initially seated at a very small table in a crowded area. When I asked about moving to a larger table in a quieter space, none were available at the time. Although we stayed put, a staff member later came to inform us as soon as a larger table opened and moved us promptly. I was very impressed by that level of attentiveness and follow-through. Most of the staff went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our visit. A special shout-out to Patrick Wong, the manager at the lobby lounge. When the hostess initially declined to seat us by the window despite visible availability, Patrick stepped in and arranged a window table for us. This level of service was greatly appreciated,

The room is very spacious and clean. We enjoyed our stay here a lot. Breakfast buffet has many good options however dim sum items were weak which I were surprised bc this is Hong Kong. It is in a nice location. The bus from airport is closeby, the bridge is next to the hotel to harbour walk, and a very short walk to shopping and restaurant areas.

My 2nd stay. The room is clean as usual. The staff are courteous and friendly. Particularly check-in staff May was especially helpful and polite. We were given complimentary drink when the room was not ready, and also complementary breakfast for our stay (a pleasant surprise). Room cleaning very timely and complete every day...staff help very good...esp Joe at the Concierge Desk!!!! However, pre paid Breakfast was a nightmare...WOW people jammed into a room which was very noisy, tables on top of ea other, kids running around. dishes banging in your ear...come on, you all have to change that up some how....Happy New Year!
