Hyvä sijainti keskustassa, lähellä nähtävyyksiä ja messukeskuksia. Hotellissa oli remontteja, mutta väliaikaisjärjestelyt toimivat. Henkilökunta oli ystävällinen ja palvelualtis. Hotellin ympäristössä on useita rakennustyömaita, josta aiheutuu työn ääniä, jotka eivät kuitenkaan kantaudu sisätiloihin.

Thank you for your feedback. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused by the upgrading works which were necessary to maintain the level of comfort and service expected of a Pullman. On a positive note, we are happy that our staff took good care of you and we hope you will stay with us again when the refurbishment is completed.

The good: The bed was comfy and the breakfast was varied and plentiful. Allowed us to use guests Wi-Fi after late check out. The bad: we came at a busy time but it felt like we were cattle being herded by the abruptness of the checking in. I know it’s customary to tip the baggage staff but I really dislike the expectation and staff waiting in the room for a tip when I’m obviously trying to settle my family into the room. Iron and ironing board - basic items that reception said themselves should be in the room and so we were beyond disappointed to be late for dinner plans when it took over an hour for board and iron to arrive, separately. And then for the iron to not work. Shower cubicle didn’t close properly so the bathroom was left with water all over the floor. Reception took ages to answer and there was no clear guidance on how to call them so not helpful. The area suffers from poor pavements and roads around the hotel so when making your way to nearby sites it’s a nightmare with a buggy. Late check out was facilitated but again service was short when responding to requests to extend the late check out. The baby cot is an old fashion wooden one with sliding sides, no longer recommended in UK so be warned if you’re not keen on them like us but need one.

Das Hotel ist im Shopping Centrum. Wir konnten vom Hotelzimmer aus die Petronas Towers sehen. Super Ausblick.
