The place does not exist. Please check out who advertised on your web. The phone number belongs to the developer's office who has no idea what is going on. Please investigate and ensure your customer do exist as this place advertised by scammer.

I booked a room in this property and the instructions was not clear on how to check in. The phone number that is on Expedia is not in service. There's no front desk and I didn't know who I should talk to to get into the property and the guards wasn't that helpful. I finally talked with the grocery store clerk at the lobby and he said he handles the checking in but could not find my reservation in the system. He wasn't helpful and pretty much refused to help me out even though I showed all the documents and confirmation number. I called Expedia and even they couldn't reach the owners and finally checked me in a different hotel.

Pro: Swimming pool Cons: - Dirty smelly cover sofa and bedsheet - Broken old-style television (CRT) - No toiletries provided - No WiFi - Dirty old towel (got disgusting spotted) - Toilet got weird bad smell - The studio basically rusty and dusty NOT WORTH even if they lower down the price to MYR50 per night. Please book for hotel or other places.
