The room was very nice. Spacious and the bed was so comfortable. I like a softer bed and a lot of beds in Japan are way too firm. This one was perfect and I slept great. The area is close to the station and next to a lot of things. Staff was very helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good too. Definitely would stay again.

The staff was very nice, the rooms clean and spacious, and the location barely 10 minutes walk from Nagoya station. However, unlike all of the Japanese hotels we stayed at during this 3 week trip there were no hand sanitizer stations to be found. This was especially concerning at the self serve buffet where there was no opportunity for you to wash or sanitize tour hands after using the buffet utensils.
