The receptionist check-in experience was awful. The receptionist was not friendly and inflexible on simple requests. Her attitude was toward me was so unfriendly. I typically travel with my husband but he was not with me on the trip, so when I checked in I was already fell anxious when I checked in. So the unfriendly treatment made me feel much worse. I asked if I could view room before checking and she was so rude to me. Breathing hard and talking nappy to me. I tolerated it because I was traveling alone and it was late in the day and I had no other lodging options. I also asked to borrow some cleaning solution to clean the bath tub and she refused to provide it. She tried to convince me the tub was just old, not unclear. I again backed off in fear. The staff was more defensive than customer friendly. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The facility was not in good condition!

The hotel was very run down and dirty. The phone in room did not work, the lights in the lamp flickered and did not stay on, shower curtain was torn, shower was stained and dirty and the smell of cigarettes was so strong we ended up leaving early due to not being able to breath in the room. I WOULD NOT recommend this place. We asked for a refund and were ignored. Our concerns were not addressed

The inside and outside of the building needed updating. The rooms were clean and the staff was pleasant. Looked like rooms were being rented out to locals which needed assistance with lodging. In the back of the hotel looked liked people were hanging out and did not belong there.

poor maintenance in general. The room key entrance was poor in both rooms we stayed in. The toilet seat in the first room we where in was loose and the top part of the seat kept falling down as we tried to use the toilet. I call and was told maintenance would fix it the next day. I checked at the desk in the morning and was told the maintenance person was not working that day. We moved to another room which also had problems.

My wife and I have been coming here for years. I was excited to see all the improvements that have been made. New flooring, New bathrooms. The manager said there is new furniture coning. We can't wait to see what they do next. Keep up the good work!!

13 day stay at this hotel. The room had a musty smell and needed repairs. I had to go the front desk after the first 6 days of my stay to get fresh towels. On the 8th day there was, for the first time, evidence that housekeeping had been in the room and all they did was replace a trash can liner that needed replacing because I took the trash out myself. The "free" breakfast was various types of bread. Didn't change bed linens, run the vacuum or replace soap and towels in the bathroom. I wouldn't stay there again if it was free.

General conditions of property are run down. Deadbolt lock on door didn't lock, curtains and dresser drawers smelled of mildew, some lights didn't work, tub looked scary/needs reglazing, toilet leak made trickle noise all night. Very noisy-could hear conversation in room next door and lots of traffic noise outside. Many smokers all around front entrance. Breakfast was very sparse and limited selection.
