The room was very loud. I've stayed in truck stops that were quieter. I asked to be moved to the front of the building. They wouldn't move me. I then found the cable was working. By that time, I wanted a refund to get out of there. I couldn't even keep the tv on to drown out the noise of the highway. They wouldn't help. I called expedia and they tried to get in contact with the manager. Expedi sent an email and was told the manager would be there inthe morning and would speak to me about the credit. I went to take a shower and found the head was not properly attached to the pipe and the water sprayed all over me and the floor even though the shower head was facing in the opposite direction. The pool water was cloudy. The coffe at breakfats (if that's what you want to call it) was barely lukewarm. There were 2 stains on the comforter. One looked like lipstick. The body lotion bottle was totally empty. No USB ports. There was something in the AC/Heating vents that looked white and caked. When I went to check out, the front desk said the manager wouldn't be there. When I asked about the credit, he said the manager spoke to Expedia and they would be issuing the credit. I found out later that that was a total fabrication. I would never stay in another Comfort Inn and will blast this story everywhere I can find. I will be filing a major complaint with the corporate offices in MD. If I could rate these people a no star, I would.

The room wasn’t good condition. The bathroom was in good condition, but I have to say there was a moldy stinky stinky smell in the bathroom that lingered out to the room a little bit other than that it was nice. I also noticed it went down in the elevator, a little bit where the front desk is as well Other than that it was OK.

Front desk staff friendly, rooms clean and towels replenished daily and bed made up. Easy to keep the temp in a comfort zone. Did not rate the breakfast because I brought my own. Fridge kept everything cold. Room was quiet. Have stayed here before due to convenience of being close to the National Clock Museum where I was in a three day class, and this time it seemed to be under new management and much improved. I’ll stay here again and recommend it.

This hotel is the most disappointing and disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at. When we arrived the room was ice cold, and it’s 40 degrees outside. The tv didn’t work, so I then pick up the phone that also didn’t work. When I went to the desk they finally gave the WiFi password to use the tv. This is information that should be given when you check in especially when you’re paying 200 a night. Then the pull out bed, Jesus that thing was terrible the springs were literally poking through the mattress. Had to close the bed and just sleep as a couch which was not much better. Bathroom was bare nothing to step on. The shower floor was so grimy the I slipped getting in. On top of that there is hair hanging from the shower curtain.

The room was very old and outdated. The email confirmation stated check out was 11 but we had hotel staff banging on the door at 10 to tell us check out was at 10. I most likely would not stay here again.

The room was over scented with air freshener or something very overpowering. The bathroom floor almost felt like it has a layer of soap on it, very sticky. Breakfast options were limited the first morning, better the second. The bathroom light and fan would come on all the time by themselves and the vanity light the second night was flashing and didn’t work in the morning. You get what you pay for I guess.

Very clean. They are obviously extremely attentive to the cleanliness of the rooms. The woman working in the dining area didn’t stop wiping down tables and sweeping. It was impressive. Rooms could use a facelift.
