Manager Danielle is very rude. Daid they detected that I smoked in a non smoking room and changed me 250 dollars. I told her I dont smoke and I was rhere alone. She told me there sensors were never wrong and rhe fee stands. I rold her the casino was very smoky .she said it does not detect smoke drom the casino only when you light up in the room I so not smoke now or in the past I will never stay at any of the stations again.

Unfortunate circumstances

Unfortunately, my airline reservation was canceled by the airline and I was unable to attend the reservation… I requested for some grace about the fact that I had no control over the airline cancellation but also you guys would not accommodate my 17 and 19 year-old nieces to let them get into the room while they’re waiting for me to come from Phoenix. And now I’m told you’re unwilling to refund my money or even provide a room credit for me to use at a later time. Some times there are circumstances that are beyond our control and I feel you could be more flexible on your reservation policy if these situations arise.

Boulder Station Hotel & Casino is a vintage casino which has a hotel attached to it right off Boulder Highway which is far from the strip. The rooms are decent but the amenities are limited. My room had no washing soap and they do not provide bottled water in the rooms. The bedsheets were clean and house keeping cleans the rooms daily. The bathrooms look old but was decent nevertheless. The Hotel does not provide breakfast. There are plenty of dining options available downstairs. There is a massive food court with a lot of chain restaurants in the same floor as the casino. Overall, it was a decent and affordable stay. If you are coming to vegas and want to stay on a budget far from the strip, you can consider this place. The property and the casino itself is fine but the adjoining areas look rundown and shady. Make sure you stay within the premises of the hotel.
