We had booked via Expedia. When we landed in Las Vegas on June 12th 2025, we were unable to get in contact with the hotel. On reaching out to Expedia over phone, we were surprised to know that the hotel was permanently closed & we had to then struggle to find an alternate stay late in night at extra cost. This scenario was not expected from a premier hospitality institution like yours. We expect to be suitably compensated.

I made a reservation for non-smoking and went in knowing that, but the smell of marijuana was too strong. The toilet and deain went down too slowly. The neighborhood was not safe, so the police siren rang all night.
