Hotel seems really old. Bath was stained and soap dish caulking was black with stained. The body wash container was empty. Desk was missing Really feels like they’ve given up? On the plus side, the bed was comfortable and the staff were all friendly and helpful.

The sheets were stained and the towels had random hairs all over them. When we requested new ones not only were they rude but they only replaced half of the towels and left the ones with the hair, awesome. They threw on random “resort fees” that included things that should be basic room essentials, like boiling hot water. They advertised free parking which was not true. They also give you credits for slots, that is stapled to your room information sheet. At no point did they mention that if you remove the voucher from the sheet, you can’t use the credit to play. And then denied any form of refunds. I have stayed in Vegas more than thirty times in countless hotels. Never have I paid this much for such terrible service all around.

Pros - For the price it was convenient, good location (easy to avoid strip traffic by car or walk to MGM and area hotels), we slept well, and it was clean. There was plenty of parking.The staff was nice and helpful at check-in. Room is basic, amazing water pressure, and the Steak & Shake on site was great. Cons - marijuana smell in elevators, we could hear traffic/helicopters through windows, and a few ice makers were broken. The resort fee (like elsewhere) is a lot ($60 w/ tax) and initially we had an issue, but Expedia handled it so verify resort fee cost - EVEN if it says it's included. Note: Pool was closed which we expected.

This building is old and run down. I suspect they are just waiting for the property value to go up before knocking it down. It was cheap but not cheap enough considering the condition. The walls are all scuffed and dirty, the carpets questionable. The vents...well don't look at the vents. There was water on the carpets in the hallways. There was a $45 resort fee (which is included in your expedia price) but this is no resort. No working pool and no other facilities we could find. The casino is a smoking area and you have to go through the casino to do anything. There are no fridges in the rooms and the ice machines are all broken. We had to go to the restaurant in the casino for ice and that machine was only barely functional. Parking is an extra $20. Get extra towels when you check in. We booked a room for 4 but there were only 3 bath towels. Sheets were clean but stained. Room smelled musty.

this property is so substandard and has terrible, strong, fragrance masking, bad odors that made me so sick I went into respiratory distress and had to check out early. There was never a manager around. The staff told me they were refunding my money when I checked out early at the front desk and I am still after six phone calls going round in circles. You cannot get a Manager on the phone. The beds and pillows are probably 50 years old. The casino was like being in hell when it was 50° outside along with the terrible fragrance.
