Overall you get what you pay for, i guess :) Pros: excellent staff, efficient problem fix, relatively clean room (i didn't feel like stepping on the carpet with my bare feet) Cons: no kettle or fridge in the room. No bell service (had to drag my bags around with me the entire last day of my stay in LV), safe number combo didn't work (staff fixed it promptly), both bed side lamps didn't work (didn't even bother to ask to repair), the noise from the air conditioner was similar to having Boing 787 in my room (barely slept at night even though used ear plugs), also, could hear air conditioners working in the adjacent room.

Don’t buy the food credit

Food options were obsolete. I paid for a food and beverage credit additionally. Night manager of hotel was extremely rude when he told me we don’t do that. Refused to be of any assistance.

They have a very high resort fee almost the same level with the luxury hotels like Bellagio and Ceasar my God their swimming pool is so bad if I just knew it i would have booked in luxury hotel then we stayed for 4 nights and I felt luke it was a ripped off

Wifi connection was extremely slow and not secured, and cell services was blocked from AT&T only inside the hotel. Safe was great, only had one day of hot water in the shower. Sadly, you get what you pay for but was hoping for a better eperience for a "resort" hotel.

The AC in my room was not working and they gave me another room which was a little bit better but still had a very poor AC. The employee who was supposed to have the store open for customers to buy drinks and snacks was on a break from 7:30 to 8 PM and then came back and moved the sign from 8 to 9:15 PM and said he was going on a break. No employee should be gone that long. I will not be returning to this hotel.
