The staff was really nice. The auto valet service was great and the valets were really nice, fast and friendly. The amenities are minimal. Exactly two bath towels, exactly two hand towels, one luggage rack (as usual, hotels think that people travel in ones). We were on the 18th floor with a view of the city, which was nice. There are no grab bars in the bathtub/shower. One of our living room floor lamps was broken but they replaced it immediately. A nice desk and chair for the computer.

Everyone who we had contact with from security guard, Dealers, baratenders, waitresses etc were all very very nice! Room Okay, the only problem I had was there was NO safety bars in shower or even the bathroom No where to hang your towels.
