Nice, clean but needs an update

First off we have stayed here 4 or 5x & we like the hotel very much. Good food, free parking , clean & spacious rooms. They even upgraded us for free. My only complaints are the toilet paper holder was totally broken; the sink drained very loudly and for an extended period of time and kept waking me up during the night; and lastly the walls are kind of paper then and you can pretty much hear everyone doing everything. We also had to flush the toilet a few times EVERY time. Something is definitely up with the plumbing.

Money pit The room is cheap on expedia but you get there and they nickel and dime you for everything. Smoking free room? Charge you daily! You want a queen bed instead of a double bed? Pool is only open from 9 am - 7 pm you are not allowed to bring any food or drinks either because they want you to order food and drinks from the pool which is not cheap. They have a lot of restaurants they are on the pricier side.

A nice off-the-strip hotel with free parking. My king bed room was spacious and very comfortable. I loved the roomy bathroom and the countertop space. I had a great stay at the hotel and look forward in staying again.

No room upgrade. Property doesn’t give late checkout for vip
Dirty towels left on floor when I first arrived. The hand towels looked used and not exchanged from the guests prior. The shower didn’t get hot at all. Toilet paper was cheap and thin The bed was comfortable and pillows were comfortable.

They refused to issue a refund due to card not being my permanent card they said they couldn't deduct room deposit although it was the same card used online to pay lost two hundred fifty dollars a little more it was a 3 night stay

Nice stay. Mixed feelings

The staff was helpful and friendly. Check in was wonderful. Bed comfortable but pillows were lumpy and awful. No refrigerator in the room was unfortunate. We really enjoyed the pool with bar. I did not like the casino because it was smokey. Wish they had a nonsmoking section. The two restaurants, the Chinese and Mexican, were amazing. Loved that we got 20 percent off all food and drinks thru Expedia/hotels.com as gold members.

No water for 2 hours!

There was no water in my unit. No shower, no flushing toilets. Took them about 2-3 hours to send someone up. Didn't offer anything free or to move me to another room
