This property was amazing. It was well appointed. The lobby was welcoming and clean. All the staff I dealt with, which wasn't much, was very friendly. The casino area was clean and being non-smoking made such a huge difference. The Eataly was so fun and had great options for high-quality food. The hotel itself was within walking distance to everything we needed and was very convenient for doing the strip and seeing shows. I loved how convenient and accessible the parking was also. We parked on Sunday and didn't need to drive again until check-out on Thursday, and our vehicle was safe the entire time. Overall a fantastic experience and would absolutely stay here again.

Room was absolutely ridiculous. Huge stains on the carpet. Table with one chair. Couldn't sit down and eat meal unless you wanted to eat in bed? I was told parking was $20.00 a night and service fee would be refunded after our stay which wasn't case. A resort fee??? Absolutely ridiculous. Extremely disappointed over the whole experience!!!

The room was very clean, staff was helpful and timely. Do not disturb sign fell off the door a lot so we did get an early housekeeping call but aside from that it was a lovely stay an we had a great view from our room.

Room was great! Lots of plugs and space. Only down side to the room was the lack of a coffee maker. Otherwise very much enjoyed the room. Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the checkout process from room didn't work and their kiosks were down as well. App finally worked after waiting in line for 10 min. Overall great place to stay and will stay again !

I was very disappointed with this hotel. First, the rooms are very dated and cheap looking. They do not have a refrigerator and no complimentary bottle of water which even the most basic hotels offer. I requested house keeping to come and show me where the remote for an electric drape/shade was hiding and they never came. When I called again, I was told someone was supposed to go but didn't. So, I asked them to come now and they said, "sorry, we have a shift change so it'll be another hour". It was 10pm and I wanted to go to bed. They never did show up. We received no free breakfast with our stay. The only heated pool was small and quite far to walk. When we first arrived in the room, there was a dirty hankie (Kleenex) alongside of the bed. Gross! Upon check out, we were charged for a small bag of cheezitz that the maid apparentyly said we took from the mini bar. We took nothing from the mini bar. The small bag of cheezitz was complimentary on our airline flight that I kept. The mini bar had no cheeitz. I booked five rooms for all of our kids and grandkids and everyone was disappointed. The hotel was loud and noisy which was also frustrating. I would NOT stay here again, not would any of my family members! In fact, they asked me why I booked the cheapest hotel in Vegas which of course I hadn't.
