Staff was great, room was small but it was expected, pretty view, minutes from the abbey, the only thing to note is that if you are pregnant or overweight you probably won’t be able to pass through the shower's door as they don’t open completely because the bathroom sink is on its way but the shower has great pressure and nice hot water! Breakfast was free and it was super good for me, overall it was great. We love Mont Saint Michel.

Whilst very compact within the confines of the old heritage building, it had everything we needed for our short stay and is ideally located. The staff were professional and friendly. Would stay there again if visiting the Mont.

This was such a sweet place to spend the night and enjoy Mont Saint Michel at night after the crowds leave. It’s a small inn and the rooms are tiny but with nice bathrooms which made it all the more cozy snd romantic to retreat to. The view was awesome. We’d do it again in a heartbeat. The breakfast the next day was delicious with lots to choose from and was set in a lovely space with a great view of the Normandy coastal surroundings. It was Halloween the night we stayed. It’s by far not as commercial as the U.S. with very minimal decorations. But after the crowds of the day had left and the medieval streets were near deserted unseen people made werewolf howls into the night which was just about as delightfully fun as it could be! Can’t wait to return some day and stay with this little inn again!

Getting to the room with luggage was not easy. Small room and the shower was so small my husband could barely turn around. The worst part was how filthy the walk down the steps to our room. It was disgusting.

Convenient for staying on the island. However it’s very noisy in the very early morning. Found some mold in the bathroom which was unsettling. No AC… breakfast was “included” but when we went to the restaurant they had closed breakfast prior to the times we were given. All in all I think I would have picked a hotel off the island instead.

Check in was at a different building and the accommodation was a little difficult to find. Don’t take much luggage as it is a steep walk and space in the room was limited. The room was adequate, but small. But the reason to stay is that it is on Mont St Michel. You can enjoy the location after the tourists leave and again before they arrive.

We loved the location but for the price we paid for the room we thought the room was poorly maintained. The pillow I was provided was so hard and uncomfortable and could not be swapped until the next day. The breakfast provided was good.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable, shower warm and the location unbeatable. There were plenty of outlets and lighting and the breakfast was amazing. Definitely worth the cost.
