Honestly didnt care for this hotel..Felt motelish. The room was extremely stank!!! I had to use car air freshener spray to calm down the smell. The toilet water was Blue. Blue is my favorite color but I despise blue toilet water. View of the pond was the best attraction.

The room was dirty. There were broken gutters and railings and trash everywhere. We can back to our room at 9 pm and someone was painting railings in the parking lot and all their paint material was right in front of our door. The shower tile was gross that I refused to shower in it this morning. There was so much calcium on the faucet and the toilet paper holder was rusted. The door had gaps in it and just plain gross. It is in a small town and while the price was reasonable, we were only in town for the night but I would gladly pay more to stay in a nicer hotel. Lesson learned. I did give it two stars because the young lady at the desk was nice.

The room was very clean and the front desk manager went above and beyond for what I have seen in most motels I have stayed at. He was very polite and helpful. He kept the breakfast buffet clean, organized and stocked as he would check things on several occasions.

Our rooms had a comfortable bed, but a lamp did not work, Wifi did not work and they were in drastic need of improvement from rugs to paint. I had reserved 2 rooms to be next to each other and when I was checking in I was told that one was 1st floor and the other 2nd floor. Seems my request was lost or not noted on my reservation. Please make the improvements needed, or reduce your room rate.

The room was run down. The sheets and blankets were worn down and nasty looking with brown stains and holes. There was no trash receptacle in the room. The free breakfast was not up to par at all. Big disappointment overall.

Got into my room with double beds and when I pulled sheets back on the first bed close to door , there were tiny pubic type hairs on the bed under the covers . The cleaning staff obviously just remade bed and never changed linens !!! Walked out and requested a refund !!! The bad part is probably won’t get one , since booking through hotels.com. I called hotels.com and nothing they could do ….. since I’ve already checked in . Sorry but no bonus night is worth dealing with what I went through and the fact there very little recourse and the consumer gets screwed. Pictures on website must have been when place was pristine and the water with dock !! It’s a large retention pond . You have been forewarned… should have received negative stars but not an option . The positive, the man behind counter was nice and courteous.

The room was in good condition, The staff were friendly. The bed was ok. Someone was cleaning the roof and it sprayed all over our truck. The pool was closed while pavers were repaired/replaced. Not much for breakfast. Overall is was good for the price.
