Staff were friendly and helpful.. Cottage rooms were very outdated and TV reception was horrible.. Could barely watch anything.. Breakfast was great! Not sure why they are called "NEW" Garden View?? You could definitely twist an ankle on some of the old footpaths around the cottages!!

I really enjoyed my stay here: Pros for me when Traveling. The property has a great breakfast/Restaurant AND room service. About a 5 min. Walk to the beach. Pharmacy seconds away/souvenir shops/other restaurants/currency transfer ect. Refrigerator in the room is HUGE for me when Vacationing. I had a balcony. Great pools! Great Staff! Cons: The bedding smelled sour/pillows. It comes from not drying the bedding COMPLETELY. Luckily I bring my own sheets/pillow and mattress cover. The Bar next door has great Live music but if you're fussy about noise just book towards the BACK of the Property. I was shocked that there was a Confederate Flag showcased in the hallway. I don't expect everyone to know American History but that flag represents Racism, rape, torture and murder amongst other negative elements. Definitely NOT great having that there. Just saying...

The resort is very clean and extremely helpful and lovely staff. Breakfast was plentiful, egg station : omelette, fried, scrambled or poached & bacon to your liking, Indonesian food, selection of cakes and pastries. Pools both very clean with swim up bars with staff until 8pm; rooftop adults only pool amazing with views overlooking ocean & sunset views. Room very clean, large and big balcony.

Great location, easy walking distance to the beach, shops, nice restaurants & bars. Roof top "Sessions Bar & Brellas" was fantastic with amazing view & pool. Rooms were large & cleaned daily. Staff were lovely & friendly. Buffet breakfast was good value at $10 Australian dollars. Good value for money under $50 per night. Good free WiFi.

Close to everything . The first room they gave me had a bit of a funky smell but they quickly changed me to a room that was super quiet and no smell . I only spent a couple of nights but if in Legian I would stay again .

I only stayed 1 night in a superior cottage so am judging my experience on that. The room was on the side so my view was of a concrete wall and didn't feel safe. There was only 1 light in the main area of the room so had a very dinghy feeling. The cottages are very old and had a funny smell. Perhaps the hotel rooms are better but I wouldn't book again, there are much better and cheaper options
