Great place for our short stay (one night). Outside is very active, and it is super central to all things. Double pane windows keep the noise out well. Breakfast was inexpensive and delicious.

I recently stayed at Dalma Old Town Suites and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Alfama, one of the most charming and historic neighborhoods in Lisbon. It’s walking distance to great viewpoints, cafes, and the famous tram 28. The suite itself was clean, stylish, and well-equipped. The bed was comfortable, and the decor had a modern yet cozy vibe that made the space feel like home. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations and always ready to assist with anything we needed. It’s a boutique-style accommodation, so you get a much more personal feel compared to larger hotels. A couple of things to note: since it’s in the old town, expect some uphill walks and narrow streets (part of the charm!), and depending on the room, you might hear a bit of street noise. But for me, it just added to the Lisbon atmosphere. Overall, Dalma Old Town Suites is a great choice if you want to stay somewhere beautiful, comfortable, and centrally located while exploring Lisbon’s historic heart. I’d definitely stay here again!

The room was exactly like the website photos, and perfect for us. The location was great- easy walks to everything we wanted to see but didn’t feel like it was right in the midst of all the other tourists. Staff were very nice and attentive. We would definitely go back.

A great location in the Alfama district. The look of our room was nice, but we had a strong musty smell from the washroom area that was possibly mold. This caused us to have allergies such as itchy eyes and throat, along with sneezing when only in our room. We were also charged for “early check in” but

It was wonderfully situated in the old town area of Lisbon. The staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, the beds were comfortable, and views from 4th floor were fabulous! Walkable to dining, drinks and sightseeing. Be aware that it is not easy walking in Old Town, narrow streets with narrow sidewalks. The old cobblestones are uneven and it is very hilly. If you need flat, even pavement stay in a newer section by the river.

Location was the best! Staff was friendly and helpful. Only problems we had was the shower floor was extremely slippery with no grab bars and we couldn’t figure out how to change the temperature of the room. Clean spacious and well designed. Breakfast was very nice.

Just a brief overnight stay at the Dalma before boarding our cruise. Communication before hand was very good. Needed a room for 4 and the space was very comfortable. Close to water and nice restaurants. Uber drop off and pick up easy.

Fantastic location in the heart of the old town. Close to shops, restaurants, bars. Small boutique hotel. Lovely, friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable and clean room. Unfortunately, the apartment directly above was quite noisy - just noise from people walking around, moving furniture etc but was very noticeable. Thankfully, the occupants vacated after our first night there. Bathroom area was very small and not completely separated from the bedroom area so little privacy. WiFi was very good, beds comfortable, shower had plenty of hot water.
