This hotel was a little gem! From the moment we met Philippa after a 2 day long trip from Canada we knew me were in a warm and welcoming place. The service was impeccable! The room and bathroom were tiny but spotless and the kitchenette was well stocked with everything from fresh eggs, milk, fresh fruit, and the best thing was the sack of fresh baked pastries and baguette left on our door every morning! Loved it❤️

In the heart of the Baixa area and close to the Santa Justa lift this hotel is well located to walk to many of the sights. There are so many restaurants close by it’s hard to choose one. The room was perfect for my husband, my teenager daughter and myself. We really enjoyed our stay here.
