Wonderful friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Very large comfortable room that was spotlessly clean. I’m only sorry we went in winter and couldn’t face the roof top pool with its wonderful view.

EPIC SANA Lisboa is a beautiful hotel. So many things made it a wonderful experience! The staff were amazing and so attentive - a special mention for Marya in the Scale Bar, for her expertise, smiles and warmth. The breakfast was incredible - such a choice of food and all so wonderfully made and all tasted delicious. We were sad to miss it on our last day due to an early flight. They gave us a breakfast box but it was very disappointing after the incredible breakfast buffet we were used to! Our room was wonderful - we loved the extra touches, the welcome macaroons, the little chocolates left and the facilities. We had a bit of a laugh at the robes, as they were most suited for child size or a small adult, so that could be improved! We had a meal in the Flor-de-Lis restaurant and it was so delicious, and again the staff were so attentive. The spa was fabulous and the gym well-equipped. The rooftop pool was gorgeous and so much outdoor seating, though unfortunately the weather was not good during our visit so we didn’t spend much time on the rooftop! Usually, when we return to a city we stay in a different hotel each time. However, when we return to Lisbon we will most certainly stay here again! It was probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in! Thank you!

Had a lovely stay in Lisbon at the EPIC San Lisboa Hotel. Our room was spacious and clean. Very nice gym/fitness and pool facilities. Only wish the rooftop pool/bar were open for longer hours!
