Was a lovely boutique hotel in historic town close to everything! The staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic which we felt was worth the extra included price. Mario was especially a wonderful staff member.

It was one of three hotels I stayed at during my time in Portugal and it was by far my favorite! Everything from the staff to the room (and the view) were perfect - and the location could not be beat! I would not hesitate to stay there again!

Great location, room is not very big but manageable with 2 people, staff is friendly. The elevator is small but it works, we never have to wait for elevator. Soundproof but you would still hear people closing door. Overall it was amazing!

Great location. The decor aesthetic was different, but appealing. Great sized bathroom and shower. It had all the mod cons, and felt fresh and interesting- not stuffy, conservative or too family oriented

Exactly what I was looking for, for my stay in Lisbon. Conveniently located to lots of restaurants, shopping and busses. I had a lovely balcony overlooking the Terrance with a lovely view of the city. The hotel is located on a steep incline so do not try to pull your luggage up the hill, however there are also elevators on the streets running parallel. Lana at reception was very welcoming.

Beautiful property and very friendly staff! I arrived a little early, so they tried their best to accommodate me and keep me updated if my room would be ready earlier. In the meantime, they had the terrace, lounge area, and bar available; which hosts happy hour from 3-7p. The front desk even gave me some recommendations in the area to pass time. The room was clean, had a great view, and was quite at night for a good nights rest. The staff was so lovely! I would definitely recommend and book another stay here when I travel back to Lisbon!
