Very clean, very secure, tastefully decorated, spacious room, comfy beds, great location in extremely close proximity to bus and metro and quick access to many attractions. I really enjoy coming back to the hotel after a long day out to the most amazing aromas in the corridors. All the staff I’ve encountered have been very courteous and polite.

We loved this Hotel , Staff very Friendly, Well located . Train Station is just below .Across the Street , There is mall where you can find Food , Supermarket , Souvenirs , Etc . The Hotel offers a breakfast buffet which is very Good , Hot , Sweet and delicious goodies and as a Plus we had a room with Balcony with Great Views!

The picture you see is not what you get on arrival, be warned! There was no running water from the tap and bath tub. We told to move to another room with less standard facilities; which I refused. No acknowledgement of sub-service standard or an apology. No compensation given for the inconvenience caused. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone and will never go back there when in Lisbon.

Very good

We where at Luzeiros for few days,but our experience was very positive and comfortable. Without exception, reception staff,canteen attendants, very kind and professional.We definitely recommend the place, very good location too.
