Very friendly and helpful staff. They helped us in so many ways. Even before we arrived, they offered to help navigate the city. The apartment is very cute and spacious. The location is great. Right in the middle of restaurants/bars area of the city but quiet inside the building.

The location had the old town charm for Lisbon and easily walkable to dining, shopping ,etc. We were only there one nigh but for a longer stay it was small for more than 2 people. The street is also very narrow, including the streets leading to it, making it difficult for cars to get in and out. It was a tight squeeze for our Ubers. Staff very welcoming, helpful and friendly.

We had a lovely stay at My Suite Lisbon. The apartment was a great size, quiet and comfortable. Excellent location with Walking distance to everywhere. The staff were very attentive, helpful and were so lovely with our young son who had lots of questions about Lisbon. We would definitely stay here again and are already planning a trip for next year

Amazing spot to stay while in Lisbon

Amazing stay, the staff goes above and beyond to help us out. I emailed a week before our stay to make a reservation for a restaurant nearby and they helped us without any problems. The place itself is well located, although the area is known for being noisy at night with lots of bars and restaurants, our street was extremely calm and quiet.

This was my first time in Lisbon. I stayed in June during Saint Anthony Festival I had a pleasant stay in my one bedroom apartment. I was greeted by staff and was provided map with main sights to see which I appreciated. The bed was comfortable, clean and the hotel was on a quiet street. There is no elevator but staff did help with the luggage. I would say the only thing I would recommend is for tub to have a grab bar due to the tub being so high. I would return, the front desk staff were kind and helpful.
