Do not stay

Carpets were very dirty. Hairs in the bed. Note that rooms without windows are two stories underground where the air is damp and dank and smells of mildew. Staff was very friendly and upgraded to a nicer room, which had a window. But then there was mold on the window and the AC made a small trickle of cool air, so the very hot and smelly air was not affected. Bathroom did not have soap and mirror did not seem cleaned.

Excellent location right across from St Pancras International station so it was very convenient to arrive and to leave for the airport. Walking distance to the central parts of London. Great markets outside the station during the week. Hotel does need some updating but it was always kept really clean.

The stairs were treacherous down to the lift, and up to the fourth floor from 3rd floor lift stop. Toilet seat broken. A/C was nice to have.

Nothing unique about this property other than it was the worst hotel and the only one I stayed being in such a bad shape - mattress was dirty, broken, the bed was also broken - no soap - no space to put anything. TERRIBLE - TERRIBLE - TERRIBLE - A BAND WAS PLAYING ACCROSS THE STREET FOR 6 HOURS AND THE NOICE WAS TERRIBLE. THE WINDOW WAS BROKEN, I CAN'T BELEIVE THEY CHARGE OVER $120 DOLLARS PER NIGHT WHEN THIS HOTEL SHOULD BE AROUND $15 DOLLARS PER NIGHT.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was basic but enough for what we needed. The bad was a little small than expected and quite soft. It was just myself and my young daughter and we kept rolling in the middle of the bed.
