The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and the facilities were good. The only real downside to our visit really was the fire alarm going off at 3am. This was obviously something the hotel could not control however the communication with all the guests waiting on the pavement was non existent.

Older hotel, but made up with it from the friendly staff, comfy bed, fluffy pillows, storage space, free water/bottles, and toiletries. Plus, the location was incredibly ideal for our trip because major busses stop out front and it's near 2 tube stations and Trafalgar Square and the Jubilee Bridge. Will definitely stay again if we return!

Excellent location close to many London attractions and two underground stations. The service was great. They even allowed us to check in several hours earlier. The rooms are a bit outdated, and the heating doesn’t work very well.
