Place is falling apart. Part of the hotel is boarded up. Walkways are unlevel with lots of concrete patches. Pieces of ceiling on walkway outside of room crumbling from roof leaks. Carpet shredding in doorway to bathroom. No fan in bathroom. Pieces of baseboard missing.

My initial check in was unpleasant. Aaron seemed as if he was having a bad day or didn't want to be at work that day. He seemed upset that i booked my stay through a third party. I was put into a room at the very back of the facility in spite of the fact that there didn't seem to be many other patrons at the time of my check in. The room was clean and tidy, but very much outdated. There was no view. I had a balcony on the second floor but the view was completely blocked by a tree. The tree was beautiful, but not very well placed for my needs. They also placed two water bottles in my room by the mini fridge. I thought that was a decent relief from my less than stellar check in. That was until i had finished both of them and found a notice in small print away from the water bottles stating that the cost $5 each. My stay was decent, but I probably will never stay there again.
