Exclusive penthouse by the sea
Exclusive penthouse on the roof of the Maritim Hotel Tenerife right by the sea with a separate bedroom, kitchen with dining area, bathroom with shower, air conditioning including heating function, satellite TV, free room safe and invisible, 26 square meter sun - roof terrace right by the sea. On the terrace there are 2 sun loungers with cushions and a table with 2 chairs. Magnificent, unique view from the roof of the Maritim Hotel on the north coast of Tenerife. Those who love the sea and its proximity are in good hands here. Very quiet area. The hotel has a 40,000 square meter, subtropical garden with flowers, ponds, palm trees, bridges and many dreamy spots to relax. 3 pool areas - one of them heated and with an attached children's pool. The use of the pools, the hotel park, the sports studio, the nudist lawn, a bus shuttle to the city center of Puerto de la Cruz several times a day, weekly change of bed linen and towels and daily change of pool towels are already included in the room rate. All other offers such as breakfast or half board in the hotel restaurant, as well as sauna, diving school, mini golf, tennis (3 clay courts), padel, parking in the parking garage directly at the hotel or additional cleaning and bed linen service can be booked on site for a fee, as required. The kitchen in the penthouse has a fridge with freezer function, 2 hot plates, pots and pans, dishes and cutlery, coffee machine, kettle and a dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower with real glass partitioning and a bidet. A hair dryer is available.
