They overcharged me $100 when i checked in for the deposit , was 1 washcloth in room for 2 pple staying 2 days. Had to talk to multiple pple to get 2 more , water stood in sink and shower when used and had to wait awhile to go down.. only thing good was the view in the back of the lake . Go somewhere else !! Not worth it !!!

Wasnt worth the money for sure. The dining was awful, so we didnt stay after getting our drinks the cups where gross the workers were nasty and unperfessional. The sheets had burn places on them and for it to he a smoke free place our room smelled horrible of smoke. We were there for baseball tournament and had drove 2hrs to stay there and were not satisfied at all. Trash cans stayed full around the place stuff in floors and all not cleaned.

If you’re just looking for a place to stay, it was alright. Checking in, staff were not very friendly (another desk asked to borrow a pair of scissors and was told they couldn’t, the guest literally needed to cut open some super glue for her acrylic nail.) We had 4 guests on our reservation and only 1 washcloth and 1 towel in the room. No towels at the pool, when asked we were told the go as fast as they come and proceeded to bring 2 towels to a pool with 30 kids in it. You have to walk by the pool to get to most anywhere in the hotel so the chlorine smell is strong. Food at the restaurant was served raw and refused a refund. Only 3 taps were open in the bar and the ones that were working poured very heady beer. The bed was comfy, though and the shower was hot and good water pressure. The sinks are very low in the bathrooms also.

Our first room had a leak in the roof. We walked into the room and found a pillow covered in brown liquid. We found a long hair and a hole in the sheets on the bed of the next room. There was a huge wad of hair floating in the pool. Trash cans were overfilling. Trash and random items were left all over the hotel. There were only two full towels in our room to begin with. It took two hours for more towels to be delivered to our room. We were awakened by the delivery. I don't know if there isn't enough staff to maintain basic cleanliness or what, but it was very disappointing.

Terrible customer service and quality

I booked my stay several days in advance was quoted one price which was a little above normal I thought. But booked anyways because my son‘s friend was having a birthday party in the same hotel. When I saw my bank statement, they charged me $113 more than my original quoted price. This hotel used to be a very beautiful place. Once these new owners took over They have really let it go. The amount of deferred maintenance is very sad. There are ceiling tiles falling out of the ceilings with water stains. There are water leaks all throughout the buildings. Stains in the floors and carpets all throughout the buildings. The HVAC did not work in the room. I was lucky to get a fan of any kind. Had to go purchase a box fan. I found a bug just before I checked out. When I called to discuss these concerns with them, they had zero remorse. I feel as though they got my money and it doesn’t matter. Well, they will never have my money again as long as these owners are in control. When the previous owners had this property, they took good care of it, and they took pride in their business as well as their customer relations. It’s obvious that these new owners only care about money and cut financial corners everywhere they can. They even charge for the breakfast where most other hotel similar to this do not. I just assume take my family out to breakfast if I’m gonna spend $14 a person for it. Very unsatisfied I will not be back.

The overall stay was ok. It is an older hotel so most things were dated, however, I loved the idea of a bar, indoor poor, lounge area etc. My issue is getting someone to answer the phone. They never answer. We had a room for 4 and provided only 1 set of towels. Keys stopped working and asked to get in line with at least 10 ppl that needed to check-in. Front desk not the most pleasant. For price to you what you pay for but if you’re looking for a hotel with friendly staff….other than lady mopping and restaurant waitress….thats all you get.

Pictures are nothing like the property. Rooms are old and dirty. There was dirty towel on my floor and the window was open, they were out of towels and could only supply 2 for 3 of us. Staff was not friendly at all, very rude. Would not recommend

My room smelled like cat pee. The tub didn’t drain. I wore slides when taking a shower cause i couldn’t tell if the tub was just old or dirty. The house keeping staff was very friendly and so were the front desk people.

Pretty good

The front desk was good, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The room had no wash rags, no kind of flyer or menu for the restaurant so we had no clue about that. We liked the convenience of the location. When we left the building out the side door to the parking lot, it just looked kind of dirty. There was crap everywhere and under the stairs and such. Just suggestion, the front hotel check-in area should be lit up a little more or better marked. it was hard to see in the dark. We ended up driving around the building and couldn’t find it. When we pulled up to the front where it looked like it was a check in, it said something restaurant on the sign so that’s why we pulled out. We found out it was next to there, but it was just a small door. Just a suggestion.
