Website is not accurate for amenities. Continental breakfast stopped serving since February 2025. Asked receptionist and the said website not accurate and hasn’t been updated since February. Shower selector valve was not working and they did fix while there. Other than that okay to stay.

We stayed at this property for 5 nights. When we checked in the fridge was leaking water and had scum and dirt under it so we placed a towel on the floor to absorb the water and protect the floor from water damage. The hotel just charged me $10 for stains on the towel that was used to put around the bottom of the fridge. When I called the hotel to find out what the additional charge was and explained how the towel got stained I was informed I still have to pay to replace the towel. I argued about it but he said the fee was staying on my card. When I told Shane the hotel representative that I would be leaving a poor review he threatened me and said me that if I did he would have me banned from every hotel in Lubbock Texas

Watch out if you book on line they. Double charge i put trash in hallway took them three days too pick it up found a rouch on the floor yes was dead we have been here almost two weeks cleaned room one time 7 times mom has been flown too umc hospital i have stayed here never will again

Awful place to stay!!

I had made my reservation through Hotels.com, but when I got there, they were REQUIRING a $50 CASH deposit which was NOT mentioned on the site! I did not have the cash, we asked if my daughter could send the money over the phone, the girl at the front desk was absolutely AWFUL AND SNOTTY, she stated she would not take anything via the phone as they did not know who that person was?? Why that made a difference I had no idea, I asked the manager on duty who made it clear that I was waiting her time and almost snapped my head of saying the main manager is just going to say the same thing so don't waist anyone's time. Mind you I have been in customer service all of my life, I became very taken aback with this treatment, as I would have to sleep in my car, I accidentally left my phone on the counter, there was a couple behind me, I noticed when I stepped outside and came back in to get it and it wasn't there. I asked the woman that was there, and she promptly looked at the counter and said yeah, it's not there. I could have told you that, I asked if we could look at the video as they had a camera going and was again told no, absolutely no help. I went outside there was a woman that I started talking to and she let me call my daughter to tell her about my phone, turned out she worked there, and they allowed us to use her chime card to put down the $50 deposit, so I was able to at least stay the night. Unfortunately, the chime card girl keeps asking for money now!!!

Just horrible. Stay away! Save your money!

The room was absolutely disgusting. We went to Lubbock for a concert and didnt even leave our belongings in the room when we left. The shower had hair in it, the ceiling above the shower was caving in, everything was dirty. The TV had horrible service was all static on every channel, the air conditioner was broken so you could not tell what the temperature was set on. The pool and hot tub were closed as well. I honeslty will never stay in another red roof again.

Sheets were paper thin but beds were comfortable. No complaints other than needs thicker bedding and the tv glitched the whole time. Not very much space or trash cans. Had to make a big pile on the desk of trash.
