The place looks like it’s about to fall down. When I checked in I went to my assigned room, and there was someone in it. Then when I returned to check in I got lip from the attendant. Upon getting a different broom it was clearly not clean. The place is a horror show.

This was a last minute decision and 1 I regret my family and I needed to rest from our 11 hour drive and stopped here to sleep for a few hours and was met with dirt from the inside out the doors were covered with human feces, soiled linen, everything was nasty and shouldn’t have been open for anyone to step foot in that pig sty the floor and walls were nasty dirty linen and just a mess

Worst accommodations I have ever encountered and I have traveled extensively in third world countries. Filthy room, was met by a swarm of flies when opening the door. Whole facility was dirty and in disrepair. Trash accumulated on walkways.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Run down, dirty, roach infested and found out when we were leaving that a women was shot and killed there two nights previous to our stay.

Absolutely the filthiest room I have ever rented. Like disgusting dirty. But the beds were clean and there were no bed bugs, so we stayed. Pretty sure there were drug deals right outside our window most of the night. Will not stay here again.

The entire premise smelled like FECES. The room was barely clean and there was a huge gap under the room door. Very unsafe and unsanitary. I want a full refund for this room.

The walk was hard for my disabilities, room was ok, bed was not the best, but not the worst. Seemed to be trash on grounds in grassy area. The shower didn't have much water pressure, but things were quite there for most part. Skipped breakfast and chose Chick-fil-A the next exit north on interstate.

Keep in mind it does not have a pool you can use nor an exercise room like advertising says. The rooms do not have carpet and yes cleaning can be better. Here's what it doesn't tell you: the owners and workers there that just took over are trying to get remodeling done because this area was hit hard with several hurricanes! Society needs to remember that some hotels there are still trying to pick up the pieces. Anytime we needed anything during our stay we were met with smiles and fast compliance. There are people who have to live there and just in a short time we became friends, my kids played with theirs, and you can see how people there still have hope. They have made a community within and lookout for each other. It was never loud at night and we never heard the highway (I-95) or construction.
