The rooms we’re great. Bunk beds for our kids worked well. The evening staff were warm , welcoming and very helpful. The day staff were not as helpful, maybe even coming across as rude at times.

For a quick overnight is fine in case of a layover in Madrid. A bit away from Madrid Centro if you have the time to explore, about 25 euros for an Uber. The shuttle service is great but it could be a bit hectic, I arrived on a late flight and manage to get on the first shuttle but as they run through all terminals my ride got pretty full out of T4 but the driver alerted the hotel and another shuttle was on the way. The a/c in the room was not great as it is controlled and it was a bit warm for our like while sleeping.

Great room and appreciated the upgrade, however huge queues at breakfast meaning no time for a hot drink, very weird access on doors meaning couldn't always get into the room, very slow service in the restaurant. A shame as it could be a nice hotel

Main problen was the nearly identicle property next door. Easy to go to room property. We reserved a 4:30 am shuttle ride to the airport for 4 the night before. When 4:30 am came up. The shuttle drive said "only got room for 2" hopped in the shuttle and drove off, before my wife could say anything.
