I booked this hotel based on their advertised pictures and overall rating on hotels.com ! It was such a surprise to my whole family when i walked in to a motel like environment , outdated hallways that resembles scary movies and mold in their bathroom and showers ! Staff was friendly and i dont have anything bad to say about them !

We picked this property due to its location close to the Palace. Not sure why it has 4 stars. Our door had tape inside the lock and could not lock until I took it out. Staff wasn’t friendly when I address the issue. The bath tube jacuzzi had broken pieces. Front reception not as friendly or helpful as other stays we stayed while in Spain. Hotel is old and it renovated. Breakfast food was ok and not great.

dont stay in 901 (or any of the *01 rms)

the hotel location was excellent but i will warn anyone booking avoid rm 901! right next door to both the elevator shaft and the gym... which is unlocked even though they say access is after 10am... one of the roughest nights ive had travelling in years...

All the staff are very good & helpful. Especially victor who works in the Ópera cafe who looked after me & my friend on our stay. Good choice of food in the breakfast lounge. Hopefully be back next year for my 3rd stay at this great location hotel. Kind regards Lee.
